Transport

You will need to get to Brighton by 7pm on the Friday to attend the welcome evening.

London has five airports: Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City.

We recommend flying to either Gatwick (closest airport to Brighton) or Luton as there are direct train services to Brighton from both of these airports. Trains run every 15 minutes from both airports and take about 40 minutes from Gatwick and 2 hours from Luton to get to Brighton.

There are also direct bus services from Gatwick to Brighton.

We recommend that you do NOT fly to Stansted – it is the greatest distance away from Brighton of all London airports.

Eurostar trains now go to St Pancras International – you can catch a direct train from St Pancras International to Brighton. Trains run every 15 minutes and take about 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to Brighton.

We can also try to match you up with local members who are travelling from London
